Feasibility and conceptual studies:
R. P. Engineers offer Feasibility and Conceptual studies to the customers to evaluate Technical and Financial Feasibility of the project, Finalization of Design basis, Process configuration, Development of PFD’s, Environmental impact assessment, Selection of Technologies, preparation of preliminary cost Estimates and evaluation of the various options to fast track return on Investment.

Front End Engineering and Design (FEED):
R. P. Engineers provides complete FEED studies to generate a comprehensive FEED package in-order to float EPC tenders. During FEED stage the detailed multidisciplinary Design Basis is finalized, Simulations performed, PFD’s & P&ID’s generated, Equipment’s and Specifications, Data sheets, SLD’s, control system Architecture, Plot plan and key layouts are generated. Design review workshops, Environmental assessment, HAZOP, SIL etc. are performed. Project Schedule, Risk register, Construction and Quality Management plans, Detailed cost estimates etc. are prepared.

Pre-Bid Engineering Support:
R. P. Engineers offers pre-bid support to the bidders during the bidding process. RPE carries out review of the tender documents and highlights discrepancies and anomalies found if any, proposes alternative technical options to reduce the CAPEX and OPEX. MTO’s, costing along with other technical documents and execution plans to be submitted along with the bid are prepared.

Detailed and Procurement Engineering:
R. P. Engineers, have years of experience in carrying out detailed Engineering for complex plants. We do have the strong data base, Quality systems and Software’s required. Project management team interfaces with the internal functions, customers as well as other stake holders such as Technology Licensors and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery on schedule.
